Delivery Information

bigbrella works with a number of courier services to deliver your parcel.


Once your courier has been booked, the courier company will provide a tracking number that will automatically be sent to your email address.

Please note that due to the massive size of the umbrella, we are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes.

All deliveries are marked ATL (Authorised To Leave). This means that the courier will assess whether a safe place is available to deliver your parcel, without obtaining a signature.

Some safe places may include:

  • At the front door
    • Without blocking or obstructing its opening
    • If under cover and more than 5 metres from the street or footpath
  • Down the side of the house
    • If under cover
  • Within a business; during business hours
  • With a concierge
  • In a safe place that can’t be accessed by animals and is protected from the weather

If the courier is unable to leave your parcel in a safe place, it will be delivered to the nearest Collection Point. You will then be notified so you can collect when suitable.
