bigbrella 12 Month Manufacturer’s Warranty

bigbrella warrants to the original purchaser that the bigbrella product will be free from defects in materials or workmanship for a period of twelve (12) months from the original date of purchase, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.

 

1. Warranty coverage

This warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship that occur under normal use of the Product during the Warranty Period. If the Product is found to be defective within the Warranty Period, we will, at our discretion:

  • Replace the product with a new or refurbished item of equal or greater value.

 

2. Warranty exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by improper use, misuse, or accidents (including but not limited to impact, extreme weather, or exposure to chemicals).
  • Damage caused by failure to follow the care and maintenance instructions provided by bigbrella.
  • Normal wear and tear, including fading, color changes, or any cosmetic imperfections that do not affect the functionality of the product.
  • Products purchased from unauthorised dealers, resellers, or second-hand sources.
  • Products that have been altered, modified, or repaired by anyone other than an authorised service provider.
  • Loss of use or any incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the product.

 

3. How to make a claim

To make a warranty claim, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact bigbrella via email at hello@bigbrella.com.au within the Warranty Period.
  2. Provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) and a description of the defect or issue you are experiencing.

Upon approval of your warranty claim, bigbrella will replace the Product, at our discretion, and return it to you free of charge.

 

4. Limitations and disclaimers

  • This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
  • This warranty is provided in lieu of any other warranties, expressed or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
  • To the extent permitted by law, bigbrella’s liability under this warranty is limited to replacement of the defective Product, and does not cover any incidental, special, or consequential damages.
